オーバーナイトオートミール
オートミールはご存知でしょう。朝の茹でたオートから作られた温かい料理です。しかし、複数のオートミールの調理があります。2つの調理では、一晩寝かす調理です。まずは、一晩、弱火でオートを茹でます。この調理では、「鋼で切ったオート」というオートがよく作られます。食感は最高だといいます。他の調理は、オートが牛乳でもの液体に漬けられ、冷蔵庫に一晩寝かしておきます。茹でないので、そういうオートミールは噛み応えしています。この調理はあまり一般的ではありません。
